Selmunett Luxury B&B has two bedrooms. The first is Tal Avuca which is located on the ground floor and has an en suite bathroom with bath. Tal Kurunel, which is located on an intermediary floor (6 steps), has an en suite bathroom with shower.
Breakfast is served either in the kitchen or on the kitchen terrace that overlooks the swimming pool or the garden terrace, which overlooks the orange grove and lawn. This depends on the weather and the number of guests in the house at the time. In the event of the Stricklands being out during the day or evening, the main house is closed. However, guests have access to the house from the gate through a garden door, which brings them directly to their bedrooms. The garden is accessible at all times and the swimming pool in the mornings before setting out on a tour or in the evenings after touring, prior to going out for dinner.
However when the owners are present in the house, all facilities are available which include the entrance hall, the sitting room with an open fire, the living room and the library with a collection of books on Malta.
Cancellations 48 hours or more prior to arrival will cost 20% of the booking amount.
Cancellations within 48 hours prior to arrival will cost the entire booking amount.
Late check-out policy:
Though the policy on late check-out is flexible, prior notice will be appreciated.
