Hotel Calypso is situated in Marsalforn, a fishing village to the north of Gozo, at the water's edge, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The town has about 300 inhabitants and serves as a summer destination for both locals and tourists. Places of interest nearby are the Cathedral Museum and Citadel the origins of which date back to the Middle Ages, The Gozo Heritage which is a privately owned museum offering quite a historical experience, the Ggantija Megalithic Temples which are among Malta's earliest Megalithic Temples and shopping centres for local crafts. Victoria, the capital of Gozo is only a 15-minute drive from the resort.

Getting there
By bus
Bus number X4 departs from Malta International Airport at Luqa to and proceeds to Cirkewwa, where the ferry boats wait to carry passengers to Gozo.
A ferry boat from Cirkewwa (cost approx. €4.50 per person, return ticket) takes one to Gozo in Mġarr Harbour within 25 minutes. One can take bus number 322 that heads towards Marsalforn.
By Car
You have an option to rent a car and head towards the resort. From the airport follow the signs to Gozo or Cirkewwa. After approximately 45 minutes or 45 km you reach the ferry port of Cirkewwa. There you board the ferry and in about 25 minutes you arrive in Gozo in Mġarr Harbour. From Mgarr, please follow the signposts to Victoria and Marsalforn.
