Confirmation and booking are done by full payment at least 24 hours prior to the activity.

There will be a full refund for cancellations done 24 hours prior to the activity. No refund will be made for cancellations done less than 24 hours by clients.

All activities are subject to weather conditions and if an activity is cancelled prior to the commencement of the activity by Malta Outdoors, a full refund will be given. In case of inclement weather during the activity, the Malta Outdoors' guide has the responsibility to cancel/alter the activity without refund.

Children can only be accompanied by their parents and the minimum age is 12 years (though they are in discussion with their insurance to lower it to the age of 9 years).
